Availability - How & when to book the villa
On this page you can find out when we have accommodation available for your villa vacation stay in Mas Talaya. Please click on the days of the month you are interested in the villa and an availability enquiry form will appear which needs to be filled out.
Once you have entered your details and submitted the form, we will confirm that we have accommodation available for the dates you have requested.
Bookings are not secure until safe receipt of either the deposit due (if booked more than 8 weeks in advance of arrival date) or the full amount due (if less than 8 weeks to go until arrival date).
This calendar is updated daily and is intended to provide a guide as to when Mas Talaya is available.
Conditions of rental:
Arrival day: Saturday (a complimentary basket of organic vegetables and bottle of Spanish wine)
Minimum stay: 1 week.
Payment: 50% on day of booking, remaining 50% 60 days before arrival.
Price includes: water, gas, electricity, central heating, bed linen (changed weekly), bath towels and pool towels (changed mid week) final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, use of computer with fast Internet access and printer. Daily housekeeping Monday to Friday. Air conditioning is metered.
Free telephone for local calls and all calls within Spain.
Extras: Additional maid or laundry service is $20 USD/€15 per hour. Meals can be arranged with prior notice.
Security deposit: $650 USD/€500 deposit payable in advance and refunded within a month after your stay less any damage or unpaid fees.
